Plan One Of The Following First Date Suggestions

By Britt White

The first date is always a really interesting scenario. Depending upon how you met the person and how well you know them, the first few hours spent with them on this date can be a make or break scenario that either sets the tone for a great relationship, or quickly causes things to fizzle out.

Much of the tone for the night may depend upon the setting you've chosen for your date. As a result, many people put a lot of effort into trying to choose the perfect setting.

The key to choosing a good first date is going with an atmosphere that makes you both relaxed. The less tension there is between the two of you, the more you'll both enjoy yourselves.

As far as places like these go, I have a few ideas. I would recommend trying any of these out if you're at a loss for ideas. If you're a male looking to make a female date feel comfortable and enjoy herself, any of these will work.

People really enjoy live events. I've always been a fan of baseball games. Even though it might seem awkward at first, you'll have a few hours to spend with your date in a very relaxed setting, along with the fact that you'll have something to talk about in the game.

You'll also be able to show your date a fun time, giving him or her the impression that you enjoy doing interesting things that they may not generally have the chance to do.

I've always loved mini golf as an ice breaker too. You'll be enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with one another and having some fun in the process. This serves as a great, comfortable first date idea.

Here's another good idea. Why not do things during the daytime and enjoy a picnic outside? Find a park and bring a great meal while the two of you can enjoy a pleasant day outside. Your date will be impressed, and things will be relaxing and comfortable with many people around you.
